Currently recruiting for TELESALES / ADMIN staff for a Restaurant Supply company based in Johannesburg.
• Call on customers or potential customers in order to grow sales and meet sales targets.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Ensure all orders are processed and followed through to customer.
• Answer questions about the product or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customers information on the database.
• Liaise with customers, production and dispatch to meet customer’s request as far as possible.
• Go to the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and note useful information.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to ensure communication regarding sales targets and sales focus areas.
• Liaise with the rest of the Sales team on problems encountered and devise solutions on areas of improvement.
• Do general task as directed by Sales Team leader
• Minimize wastage.
• Answer telephones offer to assist and take messages where necessary.
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Time management skills
• Good and interpersonal skills
• Work well under pressure
• Be able to work well in a team
