Currently recruiting for a SOUS CHEF for a Luxury 5* Game Lodge in Zululand.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Culinary Art

• Lodge experience a definite

• At least 3 to 5 years’ Cheffing experience

• Must be able to work 21 days on 7 days off rotation
