A well-established restaurant in Kyalami is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Front-of-House Management – Ensure outstanding customer service, oversee reservations, and maintain an inviting dining atmosphere.
✅ Back-of-House Operations – Supervise kitchen operations, stock management, and ensure quality control.
✅ Ordering & Stock Control – Manage inventory, order stock efficiently, and minimize wastage.
✅ Staff Management – Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
✅ Customer Experience & Service Excellence – Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction.
✅ Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure the restaurant meets hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
✅ Daily Reporting & Financial Oversight – Manage cash-ups, budgets, and operational expenses.
Requirements:
📌 Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (minimum 3 years)
🍽️ Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations
📦 Experience in ordering, stock control, and supplier management
👥 Excellent leadership and team management skills
📞 Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
