LUXURY FURNITURE STUDIO SALES ASSOCIATE – DUBAI – AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month
Currently recruiting for LUXURY FURNITURE STUDIO SALES ASSOCIATE to be based in Dubai for a luxury furniture brand, known for their Scandinavian-inspired designs and warm, design-led studio experience. The studio is a destination for clients seeking to elevate their homes with timeless, high-quality pieces.
We are looking for a confident, stylish, and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our
Client’s studio team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients: welcoming them, guiding them through the beautifully curated collections, and helping them make thoughtful choices for their homes. What our client values is creating trust, inspiring clients with your sense of style, and ensuring every visit feels personal and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and provide tailored advice on furniture, layouts, and colour coordination
- Confidently recommend sizes, finishes, and combinations to suit different spaces and lifestyles
- Support clients through their entire purchase journey, from first visit to after-sales follow-up
- Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and by email with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships with repeat clients who value the service and design expertise
- Contribute to creating a beautiful, inspiring studio environment
Who We’re Looking For
- All candidates, ideally aged 25 to 35
- Highly presentable, with a polished and stylish appearance
- Background in HOSPITALITY, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles
- Passion or keen interest in interiors, furniture, or fashion
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional, approachable, and confident in engaging with high-net-worth individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours from Monday to Sunday (including holidays if required).

Things to Know Before You Apply
- The studio is in Jebel Ali (car/driver access recommended – Free Transport provided only to candidates living in Dubai Investment Park 1
- Retail schedule: 5 days one week, 6 days the next (weekends and public holidays
included)

Package Offered
- Basic salary + sales incentives (R 28,000 to R38,000 or AED 6,000 to 8,000), depending on experience, competency, and leadership capabilities.
