JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – CENTURION – R18 000 to R20 000
Currently recruiting for a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF for a Hotel in Centurion.
• Manage and run kitchen.
• Keep food constant to a set standard – ensures implementation and maintenance of standards of food quality, preparation and presentation.
• Manage food cost percentage on budget.
• Ensures prompt and accurate service by kitchen staff to all the customers, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure availability of raw ingredients at all times, by proper planning, correct requisitioning timings and correct storage in walk ins.
• Ensure that the kitchen is always clean and all hygiene audit targets are met.
• Actively supports F&B services with regular attendance of their briefings.
