Salary: R40,000 – R42,000 CTC
A leading educational institution in the hospitality industry is seeking a Campus Head / Principal to lead and manage its operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in hospitality management and education, who can oversee academic excellence, student engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Leadership & Management – Oversee daily operations, faculty, and staff to ensure a high standard of education and student experience.
Academic & Curriculum Oversight – Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Student Support & Development – Foster a positive learning environment, ensuring student success and engagement.
Industry & Stakeholder Relations – Build partnerships with hospitality professionals, businesses, and alumni.
Operational & Financial Management – Oversee budgeting, compliance, and resource allocation.
Marketing & Recruitment – Promote the campus to attract new students and industry collaborations.
Requirements:
Relevant degree/diploma in Hospitality, Education, or Business Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality education
Strong business acumen and operational management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Passion for mentoring and developing future hospitality professionals
