BRAND SPECIALIST (CONVECTION / MICROWAVE OVENS) – JOHANNESBURG OR CAPE TOWN – R40000
**This position would suit an experienced Chef**
We are currently recruiting for a BRAND SPECIALIST (CONVECTION / MICROWAVE OVENS) to be based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town for our client, a National Catering Equipment Supply Company.
As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that enhance their market presence and drive growth. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure their brand message is consistent and compelling across all channels.
Duties:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and oversee all brand-related activities, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee the creation of brand content, including videos, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Drive sales and be responsible for the growth and ultimate sales performance of the brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Brand Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with brand management software and tools.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team including team members that are not direct reports.
- Must have experience in our industry and on the products
