Currently recruiting for an experienced RESERVATIONS MANAGER for a 5* Hotel based in Cape Town to oversee the reservation department, ensuring efficient and effective management of room reservations, guest accommodations, and booking processes.

Requirements and duties:

• 5* experience essential
• Ideally Opera Cloud but definitely Opera experience
• Must have Management experience
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and travel agents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Actively up-sell and cross-sell to maximize revenue opportunities
