VIP CUSTOMER RELATIONS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Hospitality Industry) – KRUGERSDORP – R20,000 to R25,000 PM

Your responsibilities will include:
– Managing and growing high-end customer loyalty by understanding their needs and value.
– Maintaining records and measuring trends of VIP guest activities.
– Coordinating and hosting VIP functions and hospitality events.
– Providing efficient and friendly customer service to VIP guests, both face-to-face and over the phone, by delivering prompt and comprehensive information about all services and benefits of the property.
Required Skills:
– Matric (NQF Level 4) qualification.
– Numeracy skills (NQF Level 4).
– Proficient verbal and English communication skills.
– Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
– Strong presentation skills.
– A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 1 year of management experience.
– 3 years of experience in a related hospitality role.
– Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
