EXECUTIVE CHEF – JOHANNESBURG – Salary R50 000 to R60 000pm
Currently recruiting for an EXECUTIVE CHEF to manage two Restaurants and oversee two Conference/Banqueting food productions.
The ideal Candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be hands-on, and possess a keen eye for contemporary dining.
Requirements:
• Culinary Diploma/Degree
• 5 – 8 years experience as Executive Chef
• Extensive Banqueting experience and plating skills
• A very good eye for detail
• Leadership and management skills
• Hygiene and food safety knowledge
• Menu development and creativity
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Candidate to have strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines and to be available to work on-call, shifts, weekends and public holidays
